A.A. Reyes is a speculative fiction writer who has spent most of her life moving from one environmental field job to the next. Along the way, she has drawn on encounters with talking rodents, reptiles, and insects to explore how strange life can be. Her work has appeared in The Colored Lens and Flash Fiction Magazine and is forthcoming in Kaleidotrope and Moonday Mag.
